Integrative services and your team of Registered Dietitians (RDs) are proud to announce our “Healthy Eating for the Holidays” classes that will be held around the valley as we approach Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and New Year! These classes will be fun, informative and full of great tips for eating deliciously through the holidays in healthy ways. Please encourage patients to attend one of our sessions listed below or if they prefer an East Valley class Brenda Gridley, our East Valley Dietitian will have a class in the East Valley. Staff are encouraged to attend as well.
As always, our events are open to anyone in the community, not just Ironwood patients. Patients can bring friends and family as well.
