Often referred to as “meditation in motion\,” Tai Chi is known for its calming effects and ability to improve overall well-being. \nWhether you’re new to Tai Chi or have been practicing for a while\, this class is open to all skill levels. Experience the mental clarity and physical benefits that come with this ancient practice. \n\nYou don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone.
