This gentle practice encourages a state of calm and well-being\, helping to alleviate tension and support the body’s natural healing processes. \nWhether you’re new to Reiki or have previous experience\, our online sessions provide a welcoming environment for all levels of participants. Join us on the 3rd Friday of each month to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing\, led by our dedicated Usui Reiki Master Teacher\, Kerri Wade.
