Often referred to as “meditation in motion\,” Tai Chi is known for its calming effects and ability to improve overall well-being. \nWhether you’re new to Tai Chi or have been practicing for a while\, this class is open to all skill levels. Experience the mental clarity and physical benefits that come with this ancient practice. \n\nYou don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits. \nAt Ironwood\, we are here for our patients\, offering Support Groups that are welcoming to everyone in the community affected by cancer. DESCRIPTION:Are you a new or existing patient with head and neck cancer? Have you recently completed treatment and are looking to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with and fighting this disease? We have the perfect support group for you! \nIronwood is proud to offer a Head and Neck Cancer support group every month on the third Thursday from 1:00 – 2:30 PM. This group is open to anyone in the community\, providing a welcoming space to share experiences\, gain insights\, and foster connections with others facing similar challenges.
