This class is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. \nJoin us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month for a Chair Yoga class that will help you stay active\, feel refreshed\, and experience the positive effects of yoga without the need for a yoga mat. We look forward to sharing this rejuvenating experience with you. \n\nYou don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits. \nAt Ironwood\, we are here for our patients\, offering Support Groups that are welcoming to everyone in the community affected by cancer.
