This approach helps us become more intentional in our food choices and cultivate a balanced\, positive relationship with what we eat. \nIn this workshop\, you will discover a reliable method for choosing when\, what\, how\, and how much to eat. You will also learn to tune into your body’s signals\, helping you better understand hunger and fullness.
