Often referred to as “meditation in motion\,” Tai Chi is known for its calming effects and ability to improve overall well-being. \nWhether you’re new to Tai Chi or have been practicing for a while\, this class is open to all skill levels. Experience the mental clarity and physical benefits that come with this ancient practice. \n\nYou don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits. \nAt Ironwood\, we are here for our patients\, offering Support Groups that are welcoming to everyone in the community affected by cancer.
