Led by our Integrative Oncologist\, Dr. Heidi Rula\, and the Supportive Care Services Team\, this series focuses on essential aspects of survivorship\, including nutrition\, healthy sleep habits\, daily movement\, and stress management skills. \nThis course also features a support group component\, providing a space for connection and shared experiences.
