This interactive pop-up class is designed to support caregivers in navigating the day-to-day responsibilities of care while maintaining their own well-being. \nParticipants will learn practical strategies for: \n-Managing day-to-day care\, including personal and practical needs \n-Coordinating care and overcoming barriers \n-Communicating effectively and becoming an integral part of the care team \n-Supporting overall health through the pillars of well-being: nutrition\, sleep\, physical activity\, socialization\, and stress management \n-Coping with stress and finding healthy ways to recharge \n-Engaging in meaningful distracting or restorative activities \nJoin us to gain tools\, resources\, and support to care for your loved one—and yourself—with confidence and balance. \n\nYou don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits. \nAt Ironwood\, we are here for our patients\, offering Support Groups that are welcoming to everyone in the community affected by cancer.
