DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Tai Chi class\, held at Glendale\, every Thursday of each month from 11:00-12:00 PM (unless noted). Tai Chi is a gentle\, flowing form of exercise that combines slow movements\, deep breathing\, and mental focus to enhance balance\, flexibility\, and relaxation.
