SUMMARY:Sound Bath with Katie McMenemy (At Glendale)
DESCRIPTION:A sound bath with Katie M\, is a guided gentle journey through waves of tone and stillness. As crystal bowls and soft chimes sing\, their vibrations roll across your body like warm light\, loosening what you’ve been carrying. The air hums with harmony\, inviting your breath to slow and your heart to soften. You drift in a cocoon of sound where time feels suspended and the world grows quiet. When the final note fades\, you rise restored—clearer\, lighter\, and wrapped in a calm that lingers. \nJoin us on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at our Glendale location to tap into the healing power of Sound Bath. We look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you. \n\nYou don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits. \nAt Ironwood\, we are here for our patients\, offering Support Groups that are welcoming to everyone in the community affected by cancer. Unless otherwise specified\, all our services are provided free of charge. \nFor further details about any of our services\, please reach out to Supportive Care Services at 480-314-6660
