DESCRIPTION:Allow your mind and body to relax in a safe and supportive setting with instructor Sarah Spearin. This class uses sound healing\, an ancient form of energy meditation that incorporates sound frequencies and vibrations to promote relaxation and well-being. By helping to rebalance the autonomic nervous system\, this practice can lead to a cascade of beneficial effects\, including stress management\, trauma recovery\, and support in managing some side effects of chemotherapy. \n\nJoin us on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 2:00 pm- 3:30pm at our Scottsdale location \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAt Ironwood\, we are here for our patients\, offering Support Groups that are welcoming to everyone in the community affected by cancer.
