Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits. \nAt Ironwood\, we are here for our patients\, offering Support Groups that are welcoming to everyone in the community affected by cancer. Led by our Integrative Oncologist\, Dr. Heidi Rula\, and the Supportive Care Services Team\, this series focuses on essential aspects of survivorship\, including nutrition\, healthy sleep habits\, daily movement\, and stress management skills. \nThis course also features a support group component\, providing a space for connection and shared experiences.
