DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness is a powerful practice that helps us stay connected to our awareness and live fully in the present moment. Our Mindful Eating for Mindful Living workshop is an 8-week\, non-diet and weight-neutral series designed to help you develop a healthier relationship with food by making more conscious decisions about when\, what\, how\, and how much to eat. \nThroughout this series\, you will:\n– Discover and learn how to apply a proven method for deciding when\, what\, how\, and how much to eat.\n– Learn how to listen to the signals your body is already sending you to interpret the nuances of hunger and satiety.\n– Experience a dedicated environment for practicing loving-kindness for yourself.\n– Develop a more holistic appreciation for your body. \nWorkshop Details:\nDates: Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM\nFormat: Online & In-person at Chandler (685 S.
