Dealing with the after-effects of cancer treatment can be challenging. Your life has changed, and you need advice on how to navigate your new normal. Our Integrative Services team is here to answer those questions and provide support. We want you live well on your cancer journey! That is why we developed this one-day interactive event, Navigating Survivorship.
Understanding Survivorship
The term “survivorship” means different things to different people. Two standard definitions include having no disease after the completion of treatment and the process of living with, through, and beyond cancer.
After receiving cancer treatment, recovery can take time. You may feel as if you need additional support to manage the emotional impact cancer has had on your life.
Cancer can also affect your physical well-being. Implementing a proper nutrition and exercise plan can assist you with regaining your strength and vitality.
Event Details:
Join us for Navigating Survivorship, with Integrative Oncologist, Dr. Heidi Rula and the Integrative Services Team. During this interactive one-day event, you will learn about the benefits of integrative oncology, proper nutrition, exercise, and how to take care of yourself!
