Banana Walnut Shake
Trying to get more fruits into your diet? Try this yummy Walnut Banana Shake that has 2 whole servings of fruit. Bananas are high in vitamin B6, vitamin C, they are known to moderate sugar levels, high in fiber, improve digestive health, contain antioxidants and they taste good!
2 medium very ripe bananas, frozen
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2-3 tablespoons honey
