Heather Venema PA-C

Heather has been a member of Dr. Shelly Gandhok’s team since 2011.  She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, in 2009. She is also a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants (ASAPA).

As a dedicated health care provider, she is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of all those she serves and providing the highest quality of patient care.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan she moved to Arizona in 2001. Prior to her graduate studies, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Alma College in Michigan with honors, graduating Cum Laude.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and staying active by attending Orange Theory fitness classes, hiking, and travelling.
