Shelly Gandhok, MD

Dr. Shelly (Navjeet) Gandhok is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a broad spectrum of malignancies and hematologic disorders.
Dr. Gandhok completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago, followed by a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Louisiana State University in New Orleans.
She has authored several publications and a book chapter on prostate cancer.
Since relocating to Arizona with her family in 2005, Dr. Gandhok has been dedicated to providing comprehensive, cutting-edge, and patient-centered cancer care in the West Valley, where she has practiced since 2006.
Beyond her extensive medical training, Dr. Gandhok brings the invaluable perspective of a cancer survivor to her role. She is dedicated to empowering her patients with knowledge, hope, and personalized care plans, ensuring they feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Together with her husband, who is also a practicing physician in the area, Dr. Gandhok is actively engaged in supporting the communities of Sun City, Sun City West, and Surprise. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling with her family.
