All Cancer Survivorship Series
Join Dr. Heidi Rula, Ironwood Physicians, and the Supportive Care Services team for a free 7-week virtual Cancer Survivorship Wellness Series designed to support you beyond treatment and into long-term wellness.
This comprehensive program offers valuable guidance on topics such as nutrition for healing and strength, practical self-care strategies, understanding genetic cancer risks, and effective stress management techniques. Each session is thoughtfully created to empower you with knowledge, tools, and confidence as you navigate survivorship.
Beyond education, this series provides a welcoming and supportive group environment where you can connect with others who share similar experiences. Through open conversation and shared learning, participants often find encouragement, understanding, and a renewed sense of community.
Whether you are in treatment, newly in survivorship or years beyond treatment, this course is designed to meet you where you are and help you continue moving forward with strength and support.
You don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research shows that individuals who participate in support groups during cancer treatment experience many positive emotional and psychological benefits.
At Ironwood, we are committed to supporting our patients and community by offering Support Groups open to all individuals affected by cancer. Unless otherwise noted, all services are provided free of charge.
