Tai Chi with Frank Sasso (at Glendale)

Join us for our Tai Chi class, held at Glendale, every Thursday of each month from 11:00-12:00 PM (unless noted). Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing form of exercise that combines slow movements, deep breathing, and mental focus to enhance balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Often referred to as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi is known for its calming effects and ability to improve overall well-being.
Tai Chi is often suggested for older adults—it has a well-deserved reputation for preventing falls. I recommend anybody of all ages and occupations try Tai Chi,” Tai Chi is a flexible, adaptable form of exercise for anyone.” Tai Chi is even acceptable for those with little or no athletic background. “Tai Chi is known to be a suitable activity for older people, including those who are not active.”
Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or have been practicing for a while, this class is open to all skill levels. Experience the mental clarity and physical benefits that come with this ancient practice.
