Get Well and Stay Well

At Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers, we are dedicated to supporting our patients’ overall well-being. As part of this commitment, we offer a wide range of Supportive Care Services, including Genetic Counseling, access to Registered Dietitians and Social Workers, support groups, wellness classes, and special events.

We believe that when patients—and their families—are actively involved in their care and receive comprehensive support during and after treatment, it can lead to better health outcomes and a more positive healing experience.

The services are provided by our Supportive Care Services Department.  Many services, unless otherwise noted, are complimentary. For additional information about any of our services please call the Supportive Care Services Department at 480-314-6660 or check out our event calendar.

If you have any question regarding the event calendar or would like to make reservations for class, please email us at wellness@ironwoodcrc.com. To contact one of our Social Workers directly, please email socialwork@ironwoodcrc.com.

What Is Integrative Oncology?

At Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers, we offer integrative oncology services provided by Dr Heidi Rula, to help manage the physical and emotional symptoms associated with cancer and its treatment—such as fatigue, pain, nausea, and anxiety. Our approach combines conventional Western medicine with scientifically supported complementary therapies. Integrative oncology focuses on treating the whole person, with the goal of enhancing overall wellness and improving quality of life while delivering comprehensive cancer care.
