Participants will learn practical strategies for:

-Managing day-to-day care, including personal and practical needs

-Coordinating care and overcoming barriers

-Communicating effectively and becoming an integral part of the care team

-Supporting overall health through the pillars of well-being: nutrition, sleep, physical activity, socialization, and stress management

-Coping with stress and finding healthy ways to recharge

-Engaging in meaningful distracting or restorative activities

Join us to gain tools, resources, and support to care for your loved one—and yourself—with confidence and balance.

You don’t have to navigate your cancer journey alone. Research demonstrates that individuals who participate in support groups during their cancer treatment enjoy a wealth of positive benefits.
