Ironwood Cancer Insights- Low-dose Radiation for Osteoarthritis with Dr. Davis Romney
In this episode of Ironwood Cancer Insights, Dr. Davis Romney explores an innovative and increasingly recognized approach to osteoarthritis treatment: low-dose radiation therapy. Traditionally associated with cancer care, this therapy is now showing promising results for patients suffering from chronic joint pain and inflammation caused by osteoarthritis.

Listeners will learn which patients may be ideal candidates, how the treatment is delivered, and what makes it a safe, non-invasive option with minimal side effects.
The episode also addresses common questions and misconceptions, outlines what patients can expect before, during, and after treatment, and highlights real-world outcomes that demonstrate meaningful improvements in mobility and overall quality of life.
