Caregiver Support Groups
The main benefit of Caregiver Support Groups is that they provide much needed social support. You can meet with our social workers and other caregivers to share stories and get advice. Caregiver Support Groups will help you manage feelings of loneliness, and you can learn healthy coping skills, and get a better understanding of what to expect as a caregiver. There are different kinds of support groups to consider like condition specific groups, peer-led support groups, and groups led by a trained facilitator.
