At Ironwood, our guiding principle is encapsulated in our mission statement: “Compassion Through Kindness.” Kathy Shine, B.S.N., RN, embodies this ethos on a daily basis through her exceptional care for our patients and her respectful interactions with our staff. Kathy is not only celebrating her remarkable 41-year journey in nursing but as we approach November 2023, she will celebrate her 20th anniversary with Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers.
Kathy Shine is more than a dedicated nurse; she is a true servant leader. Throughout her tenure at Ironwood, she has donned numerous hats, including the role of a nurse manager at our busiest clinic. While she relinquished the formal title of nurse manager, Kathy remains an unwavering leader within our practice, contributing in countless meaningful ways to the continued success of Ironwood.
