4-5 thin cucumber slices
2-3 thin tomato slices, cut into quarters
Cracked black pepper (to taste)
Per serving: 150 calories, 3 g total fat (1 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 19 g carbohydrates, 10 g protein, 3 g dietary fiber, 310 mg sodium, 6 g sugar, 0 g added sugar.
Spread cottage cheese on bread.
Top with cucumber slices, tomato slices, and black pepper.
