Eat Well, Live Well – Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 cup butternut squash puree
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 tablespoons sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a small casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Mix all ingredients to combine.
- Bake until heated through and bubbling, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with carrot and celery sticks or whole-wheat pita chips.
