Share Your Story: Amanda
Our December Share Your Story featuring Amanda.
Amanda, an ambitious career woman with three young children, visited the emergency room one evening for what she thought was pneumonia. Her diagnosis: Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Under the care of medical oncologist, Dr. Anita Koszyk-Szewczyk, Amanda was able to fight cancer and learn some valuable lessons along the way.
“I truly had to recognize what I had gone through. I had to recognize that I had gone through it and how strong I was for getting through it.”
It has now been five years post-cancer treatment for Amanda. She is living well, enjoying her family, and prioritizing what matters most in her life. Learn more about Amanda and her journey with Ironwood in our December Share Your Story feature!
