Why everyone loves Arlene….Our Volunteer of the Month for January ’19
Arlene has spent her entire life taking care of people. After 45 years of taking care of patients as a registered nurse, she is now a volunteer at Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers. When Arlene is volunteering at our Phoenix office, you’ll find her helping patients in the infusion room, boutique, and anywhere patients need support.
Do you have what it takes to make a difference like Arlene?
Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is looking for volunteers in all of our offices!
People just like you are needed to assist in our boutique, visit patients during chemotherapy, and provide comfort in our waiting areas.
Interested Volunteers must be:
Eighteen and older.
Compassionate and caring.
If you’re a patient, you must be off treatment for at least a year.
