Mindfulness Techniques for Stress (Online/In Person)

Join our Mindfulness Techniques for Stress class, a holistic approach to managing stress and enhancing your well-being, both online and in person in Chandler.
During the sessions, you’ll explore these techniques and their application to topics relevant to cancer survivors and current patients. This class offers a safe and welcoming space to develop skills that can improve your overall mental and emotional health.
For the most immersive experience during hypnotherapy, we recommend wearing headphones or earbuds. This enhances the effectiveness of the session and ensures you can fully engage in this transformative practice. If attending virtually, please be sure you are in a space where you will not be interrupted and you are able to sit reclined for the hypnotherapy, either in a chair or laying down slightly propped up on a bed or couch. Pets can be disruptive while hypnotherapy is going on so consider keeping them out of the space during this time.
Join us on the 2nd Monday of each month, either online or in person in Chandler, for an opportunity to explore mindfulness techniques, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being. We’re excited to share this journey with you, led by our dedicated instructor, Mecca.
